when and what to record or discuss with your DSL

i was expecting a course that bombarded you with information and you couldn't digest it all but what i got was a clear and concise course that helped me to concentrate and take on board the information. the top tips module helped to clear up any concerns about reporting small things and the whole course just encouraged you to discuss anything concerning you with your DSL
