This Course is designed to support any staff member who works with Young People. Keeping Children Safe in Education and Working Together to Safeguard Children are clear in their advice, that all staff must receive training to educate themselves about the risks that children face online. 

Our course, supported by an interactive Handbook to work through as the learner completes the course, will provide information and practical advice about how to speak to children about what they are doing online, and what do to if there is a sexting incident in your setting.

This course costs £25 per person.

This course takes approximately 45 minutes to complete.

• Identify different types of social media and apps young people use;
• Recognise elements of grooming behaviour;
• Understand how to effectively deal with a ‘sexting’ incident in your organisation.
